The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill No. 3020 – “A BILL to amend and reenact §20-7-9 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to criminal penalties for the offense of hunting, trapping or fishing on the lands of another person, the offense of entering on to posted lands and the offense of destroying posted land signs; increasing the misdemeanor criminal penalties for violations thereof.”
